Last Color — Refund Policy
Effective: 2026-10-15
This policy covers the only paid item in Last Color: Remove Ads, a one-time purchase in the Android app through Google Play. The iPhone app has no purchases.
1. Refund periods
| When | How |
|---|---|
| Within 48 hours of purchase | Request a refund directly from Google Play (Google Play refunds). |
| Within 7 days of purchase | Contact us. Remove Ads takes effect immediately, so once it has been applied, a refund may be limited. |
| Any time | Payment errors (such as a double charge), and a purchase that never applied and cannot be restored, are refunded in full once confirmed. |
2. Purchases by minors
A purchase made by a minor without a guardian's consent can be cancelled. Contact us with the order number; we will ask for documents that confirm the guardian relationship and the payment.
3. If Remove Ads did not apply
Tap Restore purchase in Settings. If that does not help, contact us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in the receipt email from Google Play).
4. After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, Remove Ads is withdrawn from the account and ads return from the next round.
5. Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes Remove Ads from it. You may be able to apply it to a new account with Restore purchase using the same Google account.
6. End of service
If the service ends, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and keep this refund channel open for at least 30 days after the end.

이 정책은 Last Color 의 유일한 유료 상품인 광고 제거(Android 앱 · Google Play 1회 구매)에 적용됩니다. iPhone 앱에는 구매가 없습니다.
1. 환불 기간

| 구매 후 7일 이내 | 회사에 문의하십시오. 광고 제거는 구매 즉시 효과가 적용되는 상품이라 적용 이후에는 청약철회(환불)가 제한될 수 있습니다. |
| 언제든지 | 중복 결제 등 결제 오류, 적용되지 않았고 복원도 되지 않는 구매는 확인되는 대로 전액 환불합니다. |
2. 미성년자 결제
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 취소할 수 있습니다. 주문 번호와 함께 문의해 주시면, 법정대리인 관계와 결제를 확인할 수 있는 서류를 요청드립니다.
3. 광고 제거가 적용되지 않았을 때
설정의 구매 복원을 눌러 주십시오. 그래도 안 되면 Google Play 주문 번호(GPA. 로 시작 · Google Play 영수증 메일에 있습니다)를 적어 문의해 주십시오.
4. 환불된 뒤
환불되면 그 계정의 광고 제거가 회수되고, 다음 판부터 광고가 다시 나옵니다.
5. 계정 삭제
계정을 삭제하면 광고 제거도 그 계정에서 사라집니다. 같은 Google 계정으로 새 계정에서 구매 복원을 하면 다시 적용될 수 있습니다.
6. 서비스 종료
서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 알리고, 종료 뒤에도 최소 30일 동안 이 환불 창구를 열어 둡니다.
