Last Color — Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-10-15

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Last Color (the "app") provided by hetero8 ("we"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Accounts

• The app creates a guest account for you automatically. On Android you can link a Google or Kakao account in Settings to keep the same account on another device. The iPhone app uses guest accounts only.
• You must be 14 or older to link an account.
• Keep your device and linked account secure. A guest account that is not linked cannot be recovered if the app is deleted or the device is lost.
• You can change your nickname in Settings. Nicknames are shown to other players and on the public leaderboard; offensive or misleading nicknames may be refused or changed.

3. Your conduct

You must not:

• use cheats, modified apps, bots, automation or exploits of bugs to gain an advantage, or interfere with the servers;
• impersonate others or use another person's account;
• try to access data or parts of the service that are not meant for you.

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules, in proportion to the breach. You can contact us if you believe this was a mistake.

4. The service

• The app is free to play. On Android it shows ads between rounds.
• We may change, update or pause the service, for example for maintenance. When we end the service, we will announce it in the app or on this site at least 30 days in advance.
• Leaderboards, records and other game data may be reset at season boundaries as described in the app.

5. Paid item: Remove Ads (Android)

• "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase through Google Play. It takes effect on your account as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
• Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. Prices and taxes are shown in the Google Play purchase sheet.
• If a payment went through but Remove Ads did not apply, use Restore purchase in Settings or contact us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).

6. Refunds and cancellation

• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Items that take effect immediately, such as Remove Ads, may not be refundable once applied.
• Within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund directly from Google Play. After that, contact us (Settings → Contact us, or the email above) with your order number.
• A purchase made by a minor without a guardian's consent can be cancelled.
• Payment errors (for example a double charge) are refunded in full once confirmed.
• If a refund is made, Remove Ads is withdrawn from the account.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings or by email — see Account and Data Deletion. When you delete your account, Remove Ads is no longer attached to it. You may be able to apply it again to a new account with Restore purchase using the same Google account.

8. End of service

If we end the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and keep a channel open for refunds of paid items for at least 30 days after the end.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as network or store outages), by your breach of these Terms, or by information you share with others. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you). Earlier versions remain available on request.

11. Disputes

Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any issue quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. You may also seek help from a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency.

2. 계정

• 앱은 게스트 계정을 자동으로 만듭니다. Android 에서는 설정에서 Google · Kakao 계정을 연결해 다른 기기에서도 같은 계정을 쓸 수 있습니다. iPhone 앱은 게스트 계정만 씁니다.
• 계정 연결은 만 14세 이상만 할 수 있습니다.
• 기기와 연결 계정을 안전하게 관리해 주십시오. 연결하지 않은 게스트 계정은 앱을 지우거나 기기를 잃어버리면 되살릴 수 없습니다.
• 닉네임은 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. 닉네임은 다른 이용자와 공개 랭킹에 보이며, 불쾌하거나 오해를 부르는 닉네임은 거절하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다.

3. 이용자가 하면 안 되는 일

• 부정 프로그램 · 개조한 앱 · 자동화 · 버그 악용으로 이득을 얻거나 서버 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 다른 사람의 계정을 쓰는 행위
• 이용자에게 허용되지 않은 데이터나 기능에 접근하려는 행위

회사는 이를 어긴 계정의 이용을 위반 정도에 맞게 제한할 수 있습니다. 잘못된 조치라고 생각하시면 문의해 주십시오.

4. 서비스

• 앱은 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. Android 에서는 판과 판 사이에 광고가 나옵니다.
• 회사는 점검 등을 위해 서비스를 바꾸거나 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 앱이나 이 사이트에 알립니다.
• 랭킹 · 전적 등 게임 기록은 앱에 안내한 시즌 단위로 초기화될 수 있습니다.

5. 유료 상품: 광고 제거 (Android)

• 「광고 제거」는 Google Play 를 통한 1회 구매 상품이며, 결제가 확인되는 즉시 계정에 적용됩니다.
• 결제는 Google Play 가 처리합니다. 가격과 세금은 Google Play 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
• 결제는 됐는데 광고 제거가 적용되지 않았다면 설정의 구매 복원을 누르시거나, Google Play 주문 번호(GPA. 로 시작)를 적어 문의해 주십시오.

6. 청약철회와 환불

• 구매 후 7일 이내에는 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 단, 광고 제거처럼 구매 즉시 효과가 적용되는 상품은 적용 이후 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 구매 후 48시간 이내에는 Google Play 에서 직접 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 그 뒤에는 주문 번호를 적어 회사에 문의해 주십시오(설정 → 문의하기, 또는 위 메일).
• 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 취소할 수 있습니다.
• 중복 결제 등 결제 오류는 확인되는 대로 전액 환불합니다.
• 환불되면 그 계정의 광고 제거는 회수됩니다.

7. 계정 삭제

설정 또는 메일로 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다 — 계정 · 데이터 삭제 안내. 계정을 삭제하면 광고 제거도 그 계정에서 사라집니다. 같은 Google 계정으로 새 계정에서 구매 복원을 하면 다시 적용될 수 있습니다.

8. 서비스 종료

서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 알리고, 종료 뒤에도 최소 30일 동안 유료 상품 환불 창구를 열어 둡니다.

9. 책임

회사는 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 사유(네트워크 · 스토어 장애 등), 이용자의 약관 위반, 이용자가 다른 사람에게 공유한 정보로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 소비자 보호 법령이 보장하는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

10. 약관 변경

회사는 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바뀐 약관은 시행일과 함께 시행 7일 전까지(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전까지) 이곳에 게시합니다. 이전 판은 요청하시면 드립니다.

11. 분쟁 해결

문제가 있으면 먼저 회사에 알려 주십시오. 빠르게 해결하도록 노력하겠습니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 한국소비자원 등 분쟁조정기관에 도움을 요청하실 수도 있습니다.
